Why I Created Reclaim90
I didn’t always want to be a coach.
I just needed something like this — and it didn’t exist.
I’m Gustavo Rivera (he/him), a queer Latinx strength coach, certified personal trainer, and founder of Reclaim Training.
And for years, fitness felt like something I had to survive — not thrive in.
The spaces weren’t made for people like me.
They were binary. Shame-driven. Aesthetic-obsessed.
So I built what I wish I had:
A space where movement feels empowering, queer-inclusive, and deeply personal.
